STEP-2 Install
app
To
install first you have to unzip that file before unzipping file ask for a
password
After
unzipping open folder and search for file named setup when you got it click on
it and wait it install automatically.
STEP-3 Block using a firewall or use offline and don't apply any update

and open patch named file and then click on the face of jaguar

doing that you patched adobe after effect 2019 know you can use adobe after
effect.
